We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teacher for a full-time job in a SEND School in the Shropshire area. To be considered you must have experience working as an SEN TA and an expert knowledge of the SEND school curriculum, along with a caring and nurturing approach to your work.

You must be a qualified SEN Teacher - hold QTS, have an excellent knowledge of the UK SEND school system, and be able to nurture and support young children with SEND. Ideally, you should have worked for at least 12 months within Special Needs, be safeguarding level 1 trained, and have a valid DBS on the update service. You should be dedicated to supporting young SEND learners.

The school caters to children with a wide range of special needs, including Autism, ASC, VI, PMLD, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour, and Severe Learning Disabilities. It is essential that you have a solid background in working within an SEN school and are prepared to support multiple young learners with diverse needs.

The school has a dedicated team and supportive leadership who are passionate about the development of their students and enriching their learning life. In this role, you will be responsible for the teaching and development of students with a vast range of challenging individual needs. Planning and preparation will be required for this role, but some work will be initially set and planned for you.
