Empowering Learning, in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Richmond, is seeking a dedicated Learning Manager. You will support students academically and pastorally, working closely with teaching staff, families, and pastoral teams to create a positive learning environment.
The role covers Key Stages 3 and 4, providing guidance, mentoring and intervention to improve attendance, behaviour, engagement and wellbeing.
