Empowering Learning is partnering with Redditch's secondary school to recruit an experienced SENDCo for a Sept start.
You will lead SEND provision, coordinate EHCPs, and drive inclusive practice across KS3-4 in a supportive environment.
The role requires QTS or senior SEND leadership experience, strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice, and a commitment to raising outcomes for vulnerable learners.
