Empowering Learning is partnering with a forward-thinking Redditch secondary school to recruit a dedicated SENDCo for a September start.

This full-time role will lead SEND strategy across KS3/KS4, ensuring high-quality provision and compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.

The successful candidate will have QTS or equivalent SEND leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive education and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
