About the Role:
- Full-time, long-term position - Monday to Friday, term-time only.
- Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Supporting students both academically and emotionally in a small class setting (around 10 students)
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to manage challenging behaviour positively
- Acting as a positive role model, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills
- Strong leadership support and opportunities for career progression
What We're Looking For:
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- A kind but firm approach to support students in their learning and personal development
- Ability to motivate and engage students with SEND
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
