Empowering Learning is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work in Manchester Local Authority Special Schools from September 2026.

You'll support pupils aged 3-19 with ASC, SLD, MLD, PMLD, SEMH and other needs, helping them access learning and social development.

Work alongside teachers and specialists, delivering personalised support, 1:1 and small-group assistance, and activities that boost communication, independence and wellbeing.
