Learning Support Assistant Brent SEND experience essential Long-term contract Free CPD and constant support with interviewingEmpowering Learning are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Brent who are looking for a learning support assistant to work in a Year 1 class. This role will be an ASAP start on a full-time basis until July 2026, with the view of continuing into the next academic year. You will be working one-to-one with a pupil with a high level of needs. You will provide personalised support helping the child access the curriculum and participate in an inclusive learning environment. You will also be providing a wide range of support to the classroom teacher, including tasks such as preparing materials, assisting with lesson planning, and managing classroom behaviour. You will need to be patient, empathetic and be able to adapt to situations. You will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
