Learning Support Assistant Brent SEND experience essential Long-term contract Free CPD and constant support with interviewingEmpowering Learning are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Brent who are looking for a learning support assistant to work in a Year 1 class. This role will be an ASAP start on a full-time basis until July 2026, with the view of continuing into the next academic year. You will be working one-to-one with a pupil with a high level of needs. You will provide personalised support helping the child access the curriculum and participate in an inclusive learning environment. You will also be providing a wide range of support to the classroom teacher, including tasks such as preparing materials, assisting with lesson planning, and managing classroom behaviour.
