Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Brent, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, hands‑on individuals with experience supporting students with a range of special educational needs, particularly autism.
The school highly values strong academic support, so candidates should be confident in assisting students with their learning. A willingness to provide personal care when required is also important.

To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom

- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning
