Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Islington, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals with experience supporting students with special educational needs, particularly autism and SEMH. To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
- Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
