Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants to join a well-regarded school in Camden, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, PMLD, and complex needs.
The school places a strong emphasis on both academic and personal support, so candidates must be confident in assisting students with their learning as well as their care needs. You will also play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
- Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
