Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants to join a well-regarded school in Islington, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, PMLD, and complex needs. The school places a strong emphasis on both academic and personal support, so candidates must be confident in assisting students with their learning as well as their care needs. To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
- Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
