The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning while encouraging confidence, independence, and personal development. You’ll support children with a range of additional needs including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Speech and Language difficulties
