Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion to help children reach their full potential? Empowering Learning are working with several Primary schools in the Newham area who are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
We are looking for energetic and productive people who can build rapport with both staff and students. You must have good communication skills, patience and a desire to support and encourage every student to fulfil their full potential.
The SEN Teaching Assistant post is ideal for any graduate who wants to support SEN pupils or somebody who is already experienced working with SEN children. Working as part of a team you will be supporting children across all primary year groups with all classroom activities. You could be classroom based or outside of the classroom and must have the confidence to lead intervention groups.
Experience of working with children who have Autism or ADHD in any setting is desirable as well as knowledge of various types of complex needs.
