Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking exceptional SEMH Support Assistants to join a well-respected school in Barnet, London. We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
- Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
