Salary: £140 – £1800 per day (depending on role and experience), paid to scale once AWR met

Location: Colchester, Essex

About the Roles

We work with a wide range of Secondary Schools across Colchester and the surrounding areas, providing exceptional teachers for:

• Daily and short-term supply cover
• Long-term placements
• Temp-to-perm and permanent roles

You\’ll have the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering engaging lessons within your subject specialism and contributing to a positive, inspiring learning environment.

What We9re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in Secondary Schools (KS3-KS5)
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialism
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
