Shift Work – Part-time/Full-timeEmpowering Learning is working with several schools in London that require cleaning staff to work on a part-time or full-time basis. The trust has schools located all over London, and their schools need cleaners for mornings, afternoons and evenings, working on shift patterns within the school. If you have a background in cleaning, please apply by submitting your CV today.

Duties

Cleaning across the school premises, performing routine tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying bins in classrooms, offices, and common areas.
Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces like door handles, tables, and chairs to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
Monitoring cleaning materials and reordering as required
Ensuring washrooms are kept clean and sanitary for daily use.
Emptying and cleaning bins and managing other waste disposal.
School cleaners ensure that facilities meet hygiene and safety standards, which is essential for child protection and regulatory compliance. Benefits to you

Experience working in a large site cleaning
Strong communication skills
Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
Available 5 days a week
Able to commit to shift work
