Between 8am - 4pm
£90-£110 per day
We are currently recruiting for a school administrator/receptionist to work in one of our schools in Northumberland.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing all administration duties in the school admin office
- Answering the telephone
- Meet and greet visitors
- Sign all visitors
- Providing Business Admin support to pupils, teachers and stakeholders
- Speaking to parents when required regarding school updates
To be successful in this post you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a school admin office or reception is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of school systems including SIMMS & Bromcom
