Empowering Learning is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN in a mainstream secondary school in Redhill.

You will work closely with the SENCo and teachers to implement tailored activities and track student progress.

The role requires a Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent experience, with experience of ASD/ADHD/SEMH.

Strong communication and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
