Empowering Learning is partnering with a forward-thinking Redditch secondary school to recruit an experienced SENDCo for a Sept 2026 start.
The post leads SEND provision across KS3/KS4, coordinates EHCPs, and works with staff to embed inclusive practice and robust safeguarding.
You will liaise with parents and external agencies, line-manage SEND support staff, and contribute to whole-school inclusion strategies in a supportive leadership team.
