Primary Supply Teacher - Havering | 3-5 Days Per Week | September Start

Location: Havering, Essex Job Type: Flexible Supply (3-5 days per week) Start Date: September 2026 Salary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)

Empowering Learning is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Havering.

We have flexible opportunities available for teachers looking to work 3 to 5 days per week, with both short-term and long-term assignments available.

Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher or an ECT looking to build classroom experience, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching within UK primary schools.

Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Flexible, reliable and passionate about education.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Two recent professional references.
