About the Role
Empowering Learning is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in North Birmingham. Whether you’re seeking flexibility, variety, or a better work-life balance, these day-to-day supply roles offer an excellent opportunity to continue doing what you love - teaching but without the pressure of planning or marking. You’ll be delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils’ learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Each day brings something new, and you’ll have the chance to experience different school settings and year groups.

Candidate Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary settings
- Are confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
- Are adaptable, reliable, and able to hit the ground running in new settings
- Build strong relationships quickly with children and staff
- Have strong behaviour management and classroom presence
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
