Salary: 160- 220 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
Empowering Learning is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Retford, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning, while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils' academic and personal development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and the National Curriculum
