Empowering Learning is seeking On-Call Behaviour Support staff to work in secondary schools across Oldham.

You will work alongside class teachers to support students with behavioural and pastoral needs, building positive relationships and encouraging engagement with learning.

Ideal candidates are confident, resilient and patient, with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.

Enhanced DBS on Update Service and two professional references are required, with the right to work in the UK.
