About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can develop through play and learning. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
  • Support safeguarding and follow nursery policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • A caring, positive, and professional attitude.
