Empowering Learning is currently recruiting a Level 6 Early Years Support Practitioner to join a welcoming and diverse primary school in Newham for a September 2026 start.
This is a long-term role for the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position.
Working within the Reception class, you will play a key role in supporting children s learning, development and well being.
You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality early years provision, helping to create an engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
The role also involves supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child receives the support they need.
The Role Support the planning and delivery of high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Work alongside the class teacher to promote children s learning, development and independence.
Provide targeted support for children with SEND, adapting activities to meet individual needs.
