What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children.
  • Helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Supporting the daily routines that help children thrive and develop.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
  • Reliability, commitment, and a desire to build a long-term career.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support can be provided where required.
  • Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. We are equally keen to hear from unqualified candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
