About the Role: Empowering Learning are seeking enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistants (Level 2 and Level 3) to join many of the private day nurseries we work with. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and contributing to their early development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of children in the nursery setting
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
  • Observe and record children's progress

Requirements

  • Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
  • A genuine passion for working with children
