The Role
- Support the class teacher in delivering high‑quality early years education
- Help plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning activities
- Provide targeted support for children, including those with additional needs

Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Experience working within a nursery or Reception setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practices
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
