We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and caring Wrap Around Care Manager to lead our successful before and after‑school provision at School Name. About the Role
As Wrap Around Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of our breakfast and after‑school clubs, ensuring children enjoy a stimulating, inclusive, and enjoyable experience outside the school day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily operation of the wrap around care provision.
- Planning and delivering a varied programme of activities suitable for primary‑aged children.
- Leading, supporting, and supervising staff.
- Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children.
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and school staff.
- Managing bookings, attendance records, and resources effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with primary‑aged children in a childcare, education, or playwork setting.
- Has previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above desirable).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
- Has a sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
