We are seeking a Level 3 Sports Coach to join our team in Middlesbrough, delivering high-quality coaching sessions and promoting a positive, active lifestyle.
Role Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging PE lessons, coaching sessions, and extracurricular clubs
- Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND or additional needs
- Plan and deliver safe, inclusive, and progressive sports activities
- Motivate and inspire young people to develop skills, confidence, and teamwork
- Assist with school sports events, competitions, and enrichment programmes
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and professionalism
- Level 3 qualification in Sports Coaching (or equivalent)
- Confident working with children and young people in school settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Positive role model with a passion for physical activity and student development
- Ability to adapt sessions for different needs and skill levels
