Empowering Learning, in partnership with Manchester Local Authority Special Schools, is recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD and complex needs across several specialist settings from September 2026.
You will work 1:1, in small groups or in class alongside staff, helping students regulate emotions and engage with learning. This role requires patience, resilience and a passion for supporting children’s wellbeing and education.
