Empowering Learning is recruiting on behalf of a specialist alternative provision school in Lambeth for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant.
The role focuses on trauma-informed practice to support pupils with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD or complex emotional needs.
You will work closely with the SENCo, teachers and leaders to build trusting relationships, deliver targeted interventions and help pupils develop life skills for resilience and independence.
