Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking exceptional SEMH Support Assistants to join a well-respected school in Barnet, London. We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. The school places a strong focus on both academic progress and behavioural support, so you'll need to be confident in helping students with their learning while also addressing emotional and behavioural needs. Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
