Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking exceptional SEMH Support Assistants to join a well-respected school in Barnet, London. We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. The school places a strong focus on both academic progress and behavioural support, so you'll need to be confident in helping students with their learning while also addressing emotional and behavioural needs. To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
- Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
