The role:
- This is a part-time position working 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday starting 23rd February until end of July.
- The role will be looking after a Year 5 form group, teaching maths and literacy to small groups of pupils, and also other curriculum subjects such as PSHE and Science. Some knowledge of SpLD would be preferred.
- Class sizes are small and we work on a transdisciplinary basis with a team of in-house SALTs and OTs.
You must have:
- Successful class teaching experience.
- Experience of working with children with SEND.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- An excellent knowledge of the specialist curriculum area and how it may be effectively taught.
