Are you experienced in primary teaching?

The role:

  • This is a part-time position working 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday starting 23rd February until end of July.
  • The role will be looking after a Year 5 form group, teaching maths and literacy to small groups of pupils, and also other curriculum subjects such as PSHE and Science. Some knowledge of SpLD would be preferred.
  • Class sizes are small and we work on a transdisciplinary basis with a team of in-house SALTs and OTs.

You must have:

  • Successful class teaching experience.
  • Experience of working with children with SEND.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • An excellent knowledge of the specialist curriculum area and how it may be effectively taught.
