We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and nurturing individuals looking to support pupils across different year groups and make a real impact in the classroom.
Successful candidates will work across the school, supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs and helping them access the curriculum in a positive and engaging environment.
Role Responsibilities:- Support pupils in whole-class, small group and 1:1 settings
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Help prepare learning resources and support classroom organisation
- Provide additional academic, social and emotional support where needed
- Encourage positive behaviour and support daily school routines
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and senior leaders
