Empowering Learning is working in partnership with a primary school based in Grimsby to appoint a KS1 Teacher on a full‑time long‑term basis. The role is suitable for an ECT or experienced Teacher and is scheduled to run until the summer holidays initially, with an expectation to continue into September and potentially develop into a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will engage in teaching KS1 pupils, delivering lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing to the educational objectives of the school.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching in primary schools.
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status) and be a registered member of SET.
- Have a passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Additional Requirements
- Completion of Disclosure and Barring Service declarations in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997.
- Provide two professional references covering at least the last two years.
