Empowering Learning is working with a number of partner Secondary Schools in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas, and we are looking to take on new and experienced Cover Supervisors to cover on a day to day, part time and full-time basis.

What is a Cover Supervisor?
A cover supervisor supervises a class when a regular teacher is absent, ensuring students complete pre-prepared work and maintaining classroom order. The role is not to teach, but to manage student behaviour and help them stay on task with the work provided by the teacher. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons and supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
