The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will support children’s learning and development through engaging activities, high-quality care, and positive interactions, helping every child to thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote children’s emotional, social, physical, and educational development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
