About the Role
As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and pastorally. Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families, you will help create a positive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed. You will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing guidance, mentoring, and intervention to improve attendance, behaviour, engagement, and overall wellbeing.
