Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming SEND school in Barking & Dagenham from September. This role provides 1:1 and small group behaviour support for pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH, helping them regulate emotions and engage with learning.
You will build strong relationships, follow EHCP targets, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
