Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist therapeutic school in Barnet from September.

You will support students aged 11-19 with EHCPs, deliver targeted interventions, and help the multidisciplinary team foster progress in an inclusive environment.

The role involves leading small group sessions, supporting teachers, and providing classroom cover where appropriate.
