Empowering Learning is working closely with a Trust in Bradford who are looking for a School HR Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Communication and support: Answering phones, managing emails and mail, and acting as a point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.
  • Record keeping: Maintaining and updating both paper and electronic records, including student attendance and financial records.
  • Resource management: Monitoring and ordering school supplies and resources.
  • Financial administration: Handling financial reports, paying invoices, and banking cash.
  • Administrative tasks: Using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, and newsletters.
