This is a full-time role starting immediately, supporting students in the SEND provision and leading small group sessions across the curriculum. The ideal candidate will: Hold HLTA status or an equivalent TA4 qualification. Have strong experience supporting students at secondary level, particularly within SEND. Be confident planning and delivering small group learning under the direction of teaching staff. Be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work using their own initiative. Have a valid enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
