This is a fantastic opportunity to use your communication, leadership, and behaviour management skills in an educational setting – supporting young people and maintaining a positive learning environment. Role Details: Positions: Daily and longer-term placements available Settings: Secondary schools across Halton and Widnes Start: Immediate and ongoing opportunities Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours (term time only) What You\’ll Do: Supervise classes during teacher absences Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure lessons run smoothly Manage classroom behaviour using calm, authoritative communication Build positive relationships with students and staff About You: Background in policing, security, or similar public service Confident communicator with a professional and adaptable approach Able to engage and motivate students of different ages and abilities Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting schools and young people Empowering Learning offers competitive daily rates, professional support, and opportunities for CPD.
