A welcoming Primary School in Bolton (BL1) is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older primary‑aged children and is passionate about helping every pupil reach their potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching and learning across Years 3 to 6
- Delivering targeted Maths and English intervention sessions
- Providing additional support for pupils with SEN, both individually and in small groups
- Encouraging pupil confidence, independence and participation
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
- Have experience working in a primary school setting
- Are confident supporting Key Stage 2 pupils
- Have knowledge or experience of SEN support
- Can deliver or assist with intervention programmes
- Are reliable, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with children
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dedicated school team
