Exam Invigilator Location: Tower Hamlets & Newham, East London Position: Exam Invigilator Employment Type: Temporary / Flexible Empowering Learning is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support schools across Tower Hamlets and Newham during upcoming examination periods. We are looking for reliable, responsible and confident individuals who can help ensure examinations run smoothly and fairly for all students. The Role As an Exam Invigilator, your responsibilities will include: Supervising students during GCSE, A-Level and internal examinations. Ensuring exam rules and regulations are always followed. Checking students' attendance and ensuring the correct seating arrangements are maintained. Distributing and collecting exam papers and other examination materials. Maintaining a calm, quiet and secure examination environment. Reporting any issues or irregularities to the relevant member of staff. Supporting the school with general exam-related duties when required.About You We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable, punctual and professional. Confident supervising groups of students. Able to remain calm and attentive for extended periods. Excellent at following instructions and school procedures. Professional, approachable and able to communicate clearly.
