Empowering Learning is currently recruiting Nursery Workers to support a variety of nursery and early years settings across Derbyshire. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individuals who are passionate about working with young children.
We have opportunities available for both qualified and unqualified practitioners, offering flexible work to suit your availability.
The Role:
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, play, and personal care where required
- Working collaboratively with nursery staff and key workers
- Maintaining safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times
We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS
- Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00am and 7:00pm
