An 'Outstanding' school in Harlow is seeking outstanding Primary Class Teachers to join their highly successful team. This role is perfect for those who want to inspire a young person's life for the better. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for working with youths, know how to handle tough situations, and resolve or deescalate situations in the correct and efficient manner. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Teachers with a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities:

The role of a primary school teacher is to educate and motivate children, using creative resources to contribute to their development. As teachers, applicants for this role contribute to the development of academic skills as well as social skills. Below is a list of examples of the duties and responsibilities of primary school teachers:

  • Preparing teaching materials ahead of each lesson and teaching lessons
  • Organising the classroom, its display and the resources used
  • Evaluating pupils' homework

  • Working with other educational professionals such as social workers or psychologists
