We are currently recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) for a range of rewarding roles across mainstream primary, secondary and specialist SEND schools. These positions include both whole‑class support and 1:1 support for students with additional needs. What We Are Looking For

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare/teaching assistant qualification is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong relevant experience working with children or young people.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is highly desirable:
  • ASD / Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD / ADD
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
  • MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
  • SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)
  • PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties)
  • SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties - e.g. Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia)
  • SLCN (Speech, Language & Communication Needs)
  • HI (Hearing Impairment)
  • VI (Visual Impairment)
  • BSL (British Sign Language)
  • Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
  • Challenging behaviour / behaviour mentoring
  • Emotional regulation support
  • Physical disabilities / medical needs
  • Personal care / moving & handling / hoist training
  • Working with non‑verbal students or those using alternative communication (PECS, Makaton, AAC)
  • If you have worked as a tutor, support worker, nursery practitioner, sports coach, youth worker or carer, your experience may also be highly relevant.
